I have to admit that AVL ( VanAndLimo.com) went above and beyond my expectations! To start of with the gentleman, ( Mr. James) Who took my call, He was very friendly and understanding of my needs. Driver was on time with a beautiful and clean executive car... Ruby, was my driver, He made we feel like a star sitting in his car. He was extremely polite, paid attention to every detail, He had big and beautiful smile on his face. I will use AVL again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family members! I booked the return trip with my driver. I was little worried, If flight gets delayed or cancelled, He assured me "This is what we do everyday, we'll check flight status, this isn't a problem." I was met at the baggage carousel by Ruby, who'd been at the airport for 30 minutes waiting for me (Airline left my bags at San Francisco Airport) I have to wait and file the report with airline. He was very patient and still smiling for this unfortunate incident, He dropped me at my residence in BelAir, MD. He waited until I entered my place. Thank you AVL for a great experience.

I used them going to BWI from Joppa, MD and Booked for Executive Car. The car was Newer Model and clean, Driver was on time ( Little Early) , Very Professional. On Return Trip, I booked there SUV and Meet and Greet at IAD Airport. The driver texted me as I landed. He was waiting at Baggage claim with my Name sign. The driver was very courteous and Professional. SUV was Newer model and super clean. He offered us sparkling water and moth freshener. In the age of Car hailing App services (Uber, Lyft) , AVL (Airport Van and Limo LLC) is a far superior and amazing service that ensures Prompt, professional and luxury rides, They are cheaper than Uber Black or uber SUV. Amad was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable driver, Who took great care of me. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
